Who are our members
IDEA has a diverse membership that includes International NGOs, civil society organisations, local development partnerships, coalitions, educational institutions and networks, trade unions, educators, researchers and activists. Membership of IDEA is open to anyone committed to providing or advancing Global Citizenship Education throughout the island of Ireland and who shares IDEA's vision and mission.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
- Organisational Membership is open to any organisation working on Global Citizenship Education in Ireland
- Individual Membership is open to any individual that is working in Global Citizenship Education in Ireland
- Associate Membership is open to organisations that are not working directly in Global Citizenship Education but are working in related areas.

Associate membership is open to organisations that want to support IDEA’s mission and vision, but who are not eligible for full membership of IDEA. It is also open to organisations and networks that IDEA is a member of and it is not open to individuals.
