Aoife is a human resource and compensation professional with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries in the private sector. Aoife has a Bachelors of Commerce and a Masters of HR & Industrial Relations from National University of Ireland Galway. Aoife is a co-founder of Irish Visual Artists for Justice, a collective established in response to the devastating humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Working closely with grassroots groups on the ground in Gaza, the collective ensures that funds raised directly benefit local communities and support urgent needs. Through these efforts, the group seeks to raise both awareness and resources to alleviate suffering and promote justice for Palestinians
